The thing is, I DO NOT have Frostfall installed before I got SKSE. New game, fresh install, latest Frostfall and all. The error message also repeats every couple of seconds and whenever I try to save, Skyrim SE CTD's. Frostfall Error (Read/Write Failed) PC Classic - Mod.

Now, for some reason, whenever I load up my back-up save (before SKSE), the Campfire mod errors out and says that Frostfall is outdated or something similar. For example, you may need to persist data across app launches, or download data from the internet and save it for later offline use.
In the Environment Variables dialog box, under User variables forClick Advanced system settings on the left panel to display the System Properties dialog box, and click the Advanced tab. Try creating FrostfallData folder yourself inside Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins or try to run as administrator. In some cases, you need to read and write files to disk. Right-click Computer and click Properties.
This is likely due to not having folder permissions to Skyrim/Data/SKSE/Plugins. However, I have also reinstalled my mods. 'The error says - Frostfall failed to read/write from your profile, which is required. I recently uninstalled and reinstalled the game because of SKSE malfunctioning, so now I use it without SKSE.
